Service Rates
We have many, "no-cost" options available to help you resolve a heating or cooling issue, but when an on-site visit is required, we want you to be, "Comfortable" with our Repair Service Rates.
Each, on-site, non-warranty repair service call will have a diagnostic fee (see diagnostic rates below). The diagnostic fee covers all costs necessary to identify the primary issue with your heating or cooling equipment – no trip-charge1 or additional fees.
Once a diagnostic is made, the technician will provide you with a System Grade, a detailed description of the issue, and repair options and costs - Honest, accurate information with no surprises.

1 A trip-charge may be added for on-site repair service calls outside of our Standard Service Area. The service dispatcher will advise if a trip-charge is required.
2 Premium Service Agreement (PSA) customers receive a 15% discount on all repair service charges.
