Warranty
Standard Warranty
Your new equipment is covered by the manufacturer's 10-Year Parts Warranty and 1st Year Labor Warranty. That means for the 1st year after the installation of your new equipment, the manufacturer will pay to replace any failed components at no additional cost to you1.
During the 2nd -10th year, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts only.
Diagnostic fees, shipping charges, parts installation costs, etc. are billed extra.
To help protect you from the potential of high repair costs, we offer two additional warranty options.
Extended Labor
The Extended Labor warranty is a low-cost warranty add-on plan that adds 2nd - 10th year Labor coverage to the manufacturer's Standard Warranty. With only a $50 per service deductible, the Extended Labor warranty covers all Diagnostic Fees and Parts Installation Fees associated with a failed part, for up to 10 years.1
Extended Labor Plus
The Extended Labor Plus option takes the regular, Extended Warranty a to the next level. With the Extended Labor Plus warranty you get the same 2nd - 10th year labor coverage, but with no deductible. For 10 years, you don't pay anything for service repairs.1
1 The manufacturer's warranties do not cover maintenance, maintenance-related
costs, or failures resulting from the lack of maintenance. See Maintenance Plans.
