- If an On-Site Repair is necessary, we strive to schedule all emergency repair calls for the same or next-day.
- Our Field Repair Technicians are extensively trained to FIX - not sell.
- Field-service vehicles are strategically stocked with replacement parts and service supplies to expedite repairs.
Accurate
- We do all that we can to quickly and accurately diagnose your HVAC equipment and provide you with honest repair information and options.
- Our field technicians are trained for up to 2 years before receiving “Repair Technician” certification.
- A senior GHAC technician provides real-time, advanced assistance to all of our Repair Techs via video monitoring.
- If we misdiagnose a problem, or an issue recurs within 30 days after a repair, we will return and the diagnostic charge will be $0.
