The most valuable resource any technician can have when diagnosing a difficult HVAC problem is experience. GHAC, Inc. has been in the business of servicing heating and air conditioning
systems since 1968. We put those years of experience to work for our customers, doing our very best to make sure that every problem gets diagnosed and repaired accurately and efficiently.
• Training – At GHAC, we take the experience and knowledge that we have gathered over the years and pass it on to our personnel. We provide our technicians and apprentices with continuous in-house training and educational opportunities.
• Live Support – Our technicians are never alone. We have a full-time support staff to provide real-time technical & logistic assistance – ensuring accurate diagnostics and expedited repairs.
• Knowledgebase – In addition to live technical support, our technicians have access to a GHAC-compiled knowledgebase where we store technical data, diagnostic information, and failure frequencies for all serviced equipment.
• Strategic Inventory – Years of service experience have allowed us to generate a strategic inventory, for both our main warehouse and mobile service vehicles – all designed to expedite the repair of your HVAC systems.

At GHAC, Inc. we truly care about our customers, which means that we also care about your problems. When you have a heating or cooling issue, we want to help get it resolved as quickly as possible. Our service motto is, “Everything is Urgent”. While not always 100% successful, we make every effort to respond to each service request the same day that it is received.
• Full-Time Support Representatives – During regular business hours, there are up to 4 friendly representatives available to take your phone calls.
• Live Chat – The GHAC website (www.ghacinc.com) has a “Live Chat” feature which allows customers to connect with a live representative at our office to ask questions, get information, or schedule a service appointment.
• 24-Hour Answering Service – After regular business hours and on weekends, GHAC has live personnel standing-by to take your phone calls and provide you with the assistance that you need.

At GHAC, we aren't here to make a, “Fast Buck”. We're here for the long haul. We strive to develop long-term, partner relationships with our customers. One of the ways we do that is by making sure that our pricing is fair and affordable. With the high quality of our people and services, we know that we will not always be the cheapest option, but we intentionally design our service rates with the needs of our customers fore-front in our minds.
• Free Assistance – Whenever possible, GHAC support personnel will help you resolve your HVAC issues without the necessity of an on-site visit.
• Flat-Rate Diagnostic Fee – When a visit from a Field Technician is required, each service call includes an up-front “Diagnostic Fee”. This fee covers all costs associated with technician's time to diagnose the problem – NO HIDDEN FEES!
• 30-Day Guarantee – If a system that GHAC has diagnosed and repaired has a repeat failure within 30 days, a technician will make a return visit and the Diagnostic Fee is waived.
• Approved Repair Costs – Once a diagnosis has been made, the technician will provide options and cost estimates before proceeding with repairs.
